Operational Project Lead

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Lead small IT operational projects / efforts with cross functional teams and their managers
• Build strong relationship across the various IT teams
• Project management, project planning, project monitoring, and project status reporting

Minimum Candidate Characteristics :

4-7+ years of experience managing IT operational projects

o Developing and managing project deliverables

o Technical writing experience

Exceptional Candidate Characteristics :

Experience with electric utility or municipality projects

Experience with ServiceNow

PMP certification
