- What We’re Looking For :
- Culinary Expertise : Strong kitchen skills, with the ability to consistently follow detailed recipes to create meals from scratch, while maintaining a high standard of food quality and safety.
- Food Safety : Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
- Flexible Availability : Open to working various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as our kitchen operates on flexible shifts to meet customer demand. Hours of operations : 6am-10pm (in exceptional cases like extreme weather situations hours may extend until 12am as irregular ops).
- Thrives Under Pressure : Able to excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and staying composed during busy service times.

- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed diligently.
- Communicate effectively with Back-of-house and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
