Registered Nurse (RN), NICU\nJob Type : FT | Nights\n$10,000 - $25,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus (Pro-Rated for Part-Time)\nWage scale : $40.81 - $75.65 per hour

Department / Unit Summary\nThe registered nurse (RN) plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population served in the Family Birthing Center. The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain flexible to changing systems - are expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.\n3 Triage Rooms\n6 LDR Rooms\nLevel II NICU\n10 SCN Beds\n11 MB Units

Qualifications and requirements\nApplicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include : \nBLS and NRP required\nACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire\nOne year of experience preferred\nMust be willing to work and train to L&D and Special Care nursery.\nExperience preferred.
