Key Responsibilities :
Candidate Research & Sourcing
- Conduct targeted market mapping and talent identification for executive-level searches using AI-enhanced tools (ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging workflow software automations to streamline candidate discovery, data enrichment, and list generation
- Build comprehensive long lists and short lists based on client specifications and search strategy
- Apply Boolean logic, AI prompts, and automation workflows to expand reach and reduce manual work
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and executive talent movements
Data Management & Automation
Integrate AI and automation pipelines (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) through workflow software for continuous data flow into the CRM / ATSEnsure candidate data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across multiple data sourcesBuild repeatable sourcing automations and process documentation for use by the broader research teamExperiment with new AI models, browser extensions, and workflow enhancements to optimize research efficiencyCollaboration & Insights
Partner with Recruitment team to refine target company lists and position profilesPresent research findings, talent maps, and insights to project teams and clientsSupport development of market intelligence reports, compensation analyses, and diversity outreach strategiesCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance firmwide research and data capabilitiesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, HR, or a related field3+ years of research or sourcing experience, ideally within executive search, recruiting, or talent intelligenceProficiency with AI-based sourcing tools (ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI Recruiter, other LLMs etc.)Demonstrated experience building automations using workflow software (e.g., N8N)Strong knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search techniquesAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets, data visualization, and ATS / CRM experience (e.g., PCRecruiter)Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skillsPassion for learning and testing emerging technologies that enhance sourcing and talent mappingPreferred Attributes
