The Villari Firm, PLLC is looking for an attorney associate who has 3+ years of experience. Our firm primarily handles Medical Malpractice and Catastrophic Injury, as well as a diverse array of complex and simple Personal Injury matters. Rate of pay is commensurate with experience. Must know how to properly type at least 80+ words per minute without looking at the keys. Please send CV and salary requirement.

Responsibilities Include :

• Handling Intake Calls
• Maintaining Case List / Case Management Software
• Drafting Correspondence
• Obtaining / Organizing / Maintaining Medical Records
• Drafting / Outlining Pleadings and Discovery
• Electronic Filing
• Miscellaneous Day-to-Day Firm Operation Tasks
• Medical Records Collection
• Summary of Medical Records

The right candidate will receive Deposition and Trial experience.
