Job descriptionHighly energetic individuals with 10+ years’ experience, grounded in demand planning and supply planning techniques. Experience working in Consumer Goods. Strong working knowledge of advanced planning applications, ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics, etc.) and Excel. A minimum of 2 years’ people management experience. Proven track record of success in similar role. Compensation : $125,000 - $150,000. Strong benefits package. Relocation support is available.
Job Description
We are currently working with the consumer division of a $3B billion company that is in an industry that’s expected to grow 36% over the next few years! As they continue to expand, they are looking to add a Sr. Demand Manager that would be ready to move up and manage a team over the next 12-18 months.
Sr. Demand Manager
Location : Neptune City, NJ
Position Description :
- Directly responsible for forecasting and inventory planning across both retail and e-commerce channels.
- Drive improvements in areas such as forecast accuracy, fill rates and on-time deliveries (OTD).
- Drive improvements across the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying and recommending solutions to potential supply chain issues.
