Senior Product Designer

Summary

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to drive the evolution of Daily Harvest's digital experience. You'll independently own the design process end-to-end - shaping problems, developing prototypes, and delivering thoughtful, validated solutions that influence product direction. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments, brings a strong product mindset, and can operate with minimal oversight while delivering impactful consumer experiences in food and wellness space.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process-from concept and discovery to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and developer handoff
• Own product design strategy for the entire customer experience, guiding the development of new features and functionality in collaboration with PMs, engineers, marketing / creative stakeholders
• Lead UX / UI workshops with cross functional partners to optimize key areas of the customer experience and creatively find new solutions to customer pain points
• Design in Figma (or similar tools) , leveraging reusable components, design systems, and interactive prototypes
• Lead and conduct UX research , usability testing, and customer interviews to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement
• Independently lead high-ambiguity problem spaces, driving alignment across teams with limited direction
• Help evolve and scale our design language / system for consistency and efficiency across the platform
• Contribute to the overall product strategy and influence roadmap decisions with a user-centered mindset
• Serve as a design thought partner and mentor to peers, helping elevate design quality across the org

Compensation Range : $115,000.00-$172,000.00, plus bonus.
