Position : Lead Executive Project Coordinator

Location : Onsite 3x per week in Westwood, MA

Rate : Negotiable Based on Experience

Duration : 6 month contact w / possibility of conversion

The Lead, Executive Projects and Department Operations, will drive coordination, planning, and execution of high-visibility initiatives supporting senior leadership. This role blends strategic project management, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring smooth execution of departmental priorities.

The Lead will oversee scheduling and workflow alignment for executive leadership, prepare and manage communications, provide oversight of strategic initiatives, and design processes that improve efficiency across the department. This position requires strong judgment, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic objectives.

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or executive support.
• Lead project oversight, including delegation tracking, milestone follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Support major initiatives such as employee / leader cohort programs, statewide funding coordination, and sustainability / impact reports.
• Manage executive calendar optimization / prioritization and strategic planning sessions.
• Strong documentation skills, MS Office knowledge, communication skills and cross functional teamwork capabilities
• Local to MA / CT / NH, able to go onsite in MA & travel to the other locations if needed (
