What You'll Do
- Qualify new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats.
- Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
- Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel
- Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
- Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points
- Close sales with a $1M quota
- Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects
What You'll Need
Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goalsCompetitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeedAn Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situationsProven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account Management and SalesEffective in dealing with C-suite of mid-market to enterprise organizationsExperience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospectingUnderstanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectivelyPositive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goalsProven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messagingDemonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcomeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving passion and service orientationShow independence and flexibility in dealing with change managementAbility to execute on programs and projects with minimal resourcesComposed, poised and professional demeanor in all situationsStrong problem-solving and service orientationAisera Benefits
