Jungle Boys Florida is in search of a Trim Supervisor to join our growing team! Were looking for an individual who is passionate about cannabis, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help lead and inspire a results-driven team. The Trim Supervisor will support the Trim Manager and Assistant Managers in overseeing daily operations, maintaining compliance, enforcing SOPs, and driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and teamwork.

Requirements :

• Assist the Trim Manager and Assistant Managers with daily operations of the Trim department
• Lead team setup and breakdown of trim rooms, ensuring adherence to cleaning and cross-contamination protocols
• Conduct regular quality control checks on trim work, product appearance, room climate, and finished inventory
• Accurately weigh, track, and record product at each stage of the trim process (both manually and digitally)
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of trimming equipment in accordance with SOPs
• Monitor individual and team performance against daily and weekly KPIs
• Convert product batches into appropriate inventory products and ensure accurate labeling for compliance tracking
• Verify team attendance and time clock punches, while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and personal conduct policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all trim rooms and weigh areas at all times
• Support training of new and existing team members, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring clear understanding and execution of SOPs and performance expectations
• Foster a collaborative, motivated, and compliant work environment through communication and leading by example.
• Promptly report any compliance deviations or operational issues to Trim leadership

Working Environment :

Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. The noise level in the work environment can range from low to high. Temperatures in the work environment range from cold and dry to warm and humid, respective to the product processes and plant lifecycle. The work environment requires the use of PPE at all phases, and strict cleaning and cross-contamination protocols. The product and plants are agriculture goods that have the ability to produce odors that may linger, can penetrate clothing, and heighten senses.
