Solar Project Developer

A company is looking for a Project Developer responsible for the entire project development life cycle in the green energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of solar project development from site acquisition to construction

Manage land acquisition, permitting processes, and stakeholder communications

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success and adherence to budgets and schedules

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in power plant, solar, or real estate development, with at least 2 years in solar business development

Demonstrable experience in negotiating transactions and closing deals

Strong understanding of environmental and utility regulatory environments

Experience managing development budgets and processes

Master's degree in energy, real estate, engineering, or business-related fields is a plus
