Job Summary
Heartland Consulting is hiring a Knowledge Management Specialist to support DLA DXM's information systems, ensuring adaptable continuity plans and efficient data management. This role maintains tools for readiness tracking and document reconciliation, enabling DLA's flexible response to hazards and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support knowledge management on Microsoft Teams, shared drives, email archives; develop / maintain websites.
- Identify / recommend processes; reconcile plans, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain Secretary Successor personnel trackers and alternate facility readiness on classified portals.
- Assist with facilities management, site support, and administration.
- Coordinate stakeholder organizations for mission areas; support exercise and crisis products as needed.
- Ensure adaptability for emergencies with / without warning; work hybrid / telework with COR approval.
- Provide part-time surge support if required.
Qualifications
Education : Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification.Experience : Minimum 5 years in knowledge management or related; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / Adobe Acrobat and portals; background in federal COOP and policy understanding (NCPIP, FCDs, DoDIs).Certifications : Preferred CompTIA Security+ or FEMA-related.Security Clearance : Secret / Top Secret.Other : Ability to work non-standard hours if needed; telework possible with GFE (Windar laptop).Resume / Application Requirements Summary
