Nurse Practitioner Pain Management (Facey Medical Group Clinics)

Facey Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner to join an exceptional team in a pain management role. This position will be serving two locations, one in Valencia and the other in Mission Hills, with candidates starting out working exclusively at the Valencia location.

As an interventional and pain management advanced practice clinician, candidates must be able to treat and diagnose chronic pain conditions such as neck and low back pain.

Treatments that are offered by our clinic include medications, therapy, epidurals, and injections. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and experienced team in a role that directly improves the quality of care for patients across Southern California.

Monday to Friday schedule; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.* Must be able to prescribe narcotics* Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience with Pain Management or any Musculoskeletal-related conditions* Spanish or medical Spanish would be helpful* Willing to train new graduate* Compensation is between $144,865 and $192,334 per year* The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital / ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.

In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
