Payroll, Billing & Operations Support – Staffing Industry

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in staffing industry operations? We're looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience handling payroll, billing, and administrative support in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the payroll team in reviewing and processing the field and internal payroll.
• Track timecards, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely approvals
• Assist the team in billing and invoicing processes
• Support recruiting teams with applicant tracking and documentation
• Maintain organized records in ATS and payroll systems
• Assist with onboarding paperwork, audits, and compliance tasks
• Communicate with internal departments, clients, and vendors as needed
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• All other job duties as requested by management and executives

Requirements :

• 1+ year experience in payroll, billing, or ops support in the staffing or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic payroll systems
• Experience using an ATS (applicant tracking system) or HR software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Preferred :

• Experience with PEOs, Staffing, or third-party payroll services
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
