Executive Assistant to CEO
Location : Enfield, CT (Onsite)
Travel : Frequent (domestic + occasional international, average a couple of trips per month)
About the Role
We are a fast-growing company (approx. $20M annual revenue) working with national brands and supporting initiatives that connect the U.S. and Vietnam. Our CEO leads both business and philanthropic projects, including media and nonprofit efforts.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant who can bring structure, organization, and proactive support to ensure focus and momentum across both business and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling : Manage a dynamic calendar with proactive planning, buffers, and quick adjustments.
Travel Management : Coordinate end-to-end travel (flights, hotels, ground transport) and occasionally accompany the CEO on trips.
Inbox & Communication : Triage, draft, and manage emails to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track follow-ups within 24 hours.
Logistics & Coordination : Support daily operations, vendor coordination, and ensure smooth execution.
Operational Support : Assist with partner communications, light recruiting coordination, and special projects.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with U.S. and Vietnam-based teams, and coordinate with the EA Lead in Vietnam.

Qualifications
Prior experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive with complex schedules and travel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional correspondence.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Calm under pressure, discreet, and outcome-focused.
Cross-cultural communication skills; bilingual English / Vietnamese a plus (not required).
