Client in MN seeking CWHH-Physical Therapist (PT) to work Shift : M-F until shift is complete On call info : On call required if requested Travel Area : Eagan, Burnsville, Farmington, Lakeville, Rosemont primarily, however anywhere the branch services if there is nothing in that area. Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours Productivity Units : 30 units Qualifications : Must have homecare experience, will not consider candidate without homecare experience.
