What You'll Do
As an Administrative Supervisor within BHN's ACCS program, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence and service quality across multiple integrated teams. You will :
Supervise, coach, and support administrative and clinical support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.Manage administrative workflows including scheduling, documentation tracking, billing coordination, and data reporting.Collaborate with Program Directors, Team Leaders, and clinicians to maintain compliance with BHN policies and DMH standards.Ensure staff training completion, policy adherence, and timely submission of documentation.Support onboarding and development of new staff through mentorship and performance feedback.Participate in audits, program reviews, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of three years of experience in administrative or supervisory roles within a behavioral health or human services setting (required).Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.Knowledge of documentation standards, electronic health records, and regulatory compliance.Commitment to BHN's mission of empowerment, human rights, and community integration.About Us
