Manage, scan, and enter invoices into TimberScanMaintain accounts payable aging reconciliationRun and analyze the open report on a weekly basisEnsure three-way match complianceSetup and maintenance of vendor accountsSuccessfully manages all vendor responsibilitiesReconciliation of accounts on holdResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and issuesAdherence to department KPIsWork collaboratively with other colleagues in all regionsHandles all vendors and internal staff correspondence via phone or emailCommunicate with vendors and internal staff members in a courteous and professional mannerAssist specialist and manager with miscellaneous tasksPerks Of Joining Jlm

Compensation : $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
