Responsibilities :
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Drive technical excellence within the team, ensuring best practices are followed in Salesforce application development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of courage and experimentation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Champion a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting communication, trust, and respect.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Experience Needed :
- Proven experience managing Salesforce development teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to empower and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Salesforce certifications preferred.
