Position Summary The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to a wide variety of patients and works closely with others on the rehabilitation team and in other departments. This position exists in order to provide patients / clients with quality, cost-effective services aimed at optimizing independent function. Hours of work may vary according to patient care needs. Individuals may be assigned permanently, temporarily, or simultaneously to more than one worksite where specific job requirements are described as an addendum to this document. For this reason, therapists are expected to be generalists able to provide at least a basic assessment to all referred patients. Our Work Performance Physical Therapists see one patient per hour and work closely with attending providers. Qualifications Experience None required outside of licensure Licensure / Certifications PT : Physical Therapist licensed by the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board OR PT-CP : Physical Therapist Compact Privilege (PTCP), required OR - a temporary PT license issued by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy (PT-Temp) will be accepted for new hires awaiting a permanent license. A permanent license must be obtained within 90 days.
