Salary : $ 30 to $ 40 per hour depending on experience

Fast growing Water, Fire & Mold Mitigation and Restoration Company located in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Working Foreman / Project Manager to join our team to work and manage fire, water and mold clean up jobs.

Responsibilities;

• Communicating the restoration process with homeowners and obtaining signatures on required paperwork
• Overseeing and handling mitigation, demolition, drying process, etc
• Responsible for all job documentation and photos
• Must have basic computer skills (entering notes, and photo upload)

Qualifications;

Candidate must have 2 or more years of experience in our field

Must have IICRC Certification for water, fire & mold clean up

Candidate MUST have availability for after-hours / weekend work and on-call rotation.

Must have a reliable vehicle and good driving record

DRUG FREE WORK PLACE / MUST PASS DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
