Principal Human Resources Business Partner
The Amazon MGM Studios team is seeking an exceptional Principal Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support to senior leadership within the Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios (PVS) business. In this role, you will be the primary HRBP for senior leaders (VPs and Directors), aligning critical people initiatives with broader business objectives. Leveraging your exceptional communication, influence, and data analytics skills, you will help inform and shape the organizational capabilities needed to drive success. As an experienced HR professional, you must demonstrate the ability to thoroughly diagnose complex issues, recognize patterns, and recommend both immediate and long-term programmatic solutions. The ability to seamlessly collaborate across groups, influence stakeholders at all levels, and dive deep into the unique needs of this client group is essential. Key to your success will be your strong business acumen, executive coaching expertise, excellent communication skills, and robust planning / project management capabilities. You must also excel at balancing competing priorities and driving measurable impact.
