Head Plumber
Required Qualifications : Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.
- Valid Texas Journeyman or higher Plumber License
- Valid Backflow license or be able to obtain one in days.
- Plumbing experience & knowledge of plumbing codes and laws
- Experience working independently and troubleshooting and correcting plumbing challenges, including emergency response
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Plumber license
- Previous employment experience as a plumber (or equivalent) in government and / or higher education environment
- Ability to effectively utilize blue prints and schematics
- Proficiency managing work orders using a portable electronic tablet / device
- Use of AiM and SAP
