Mitsui Insurance Agency Allstate is expanding! We're looking for a Remote Licensed Sales Producer (P&C) who's passionate about helping people protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing clients to help them find the right coverage.
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and quote prospects efficiently.
• Recommend coverage options that fit customer needs (auto, home, renters, umbrella, etc.).
• Consistently meet sales goals for premium, VC, and bundling ratios.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity notes in Allstate systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service and cross-sell to existing clients.
• Participate in weekly coaching and sales training sessions.
• Stay up to date on Allstate underwriting and compliance guidelines.
