Key Responsibilities
Identify and resolve complicated issues related to brokers, groups, or members regarding insurance benefits, claims, enrollment, and billing processes
Establish rapport and build confidence with external brokers in the Healthcare Insurance sector
Provide concierge-level support to brokers who are key to selling the company's products
Required Qualifications
1 year or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues
