Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent for a 1-3 month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Provide written support to Galatea readers and CandyJar viewers

Manage customer inquiries via Zendesk, handling over 100 contacts per day

Draft and update Help Center articles to assist users in resolving issues independently

Required Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service or customer-facing roles

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Data-driven and solution-oriented mindset

Adaptability to the needs of customers and the business

Willingness to learn and seek feedback
