Job descriptionServe as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial clients. Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and site visits. Understand each clients expectations and landscape goals to tailor service solutions. Proactively resolve service concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate and monitor landscape maintenance and enhancement work to ensure high-quality results. Work closely with crew supervisors and field teams to schedule and deliver services on time and within budget. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety standards. Identify upsell opportunities and propose enhancement work to clients. Manage contract renewals, pricing updates, and proposal submissions. Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability for assigned accounts. Review and approve job costing, work orders, and time reporting. Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sale to service. Assist in preparing bids and proposals for new contracts or enhancements. Identify and pursue additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts. 3+ years of experience in commercial landscaping or related industry (e.g., facilities or property management). Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Solid understanding of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, and irrigation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and landscape CRM / ERP software (e.g., Aspire, LMN, or similar). Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Degree or certification in Landscape Management, Horticulture, or Business. Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Customer-Centric Thinking Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Time Management Leadership and Team Collaboration Attention to Detail Frequent travel to client sites. May require walking, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
