Job description?? Responsibilities Provide therapy to adults Collaborate on treatment plans and goals Maintain accurate documentation in EMR Attend occasional team meetings Engage in continuing professional growth ?? Qualifications Fully licensed LICSW in Massachusetts or New Hampshire Eligible for insurance credentialing (we handle it) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with adults in a clinical setting ?? What We Offer W-2 employment (no self-employment tax or overhead) 401(k) with 4% employer match Flexible schedule : hybrid or remote Credentialing, billing, and admin fully handled Supportive, clinician-focused culture ?? Additional Info Caseload : 18-25 sessions / week (each session 53 minutes) Schedule : You choose your availability Start Date : ASAP after credentialing Location : Remote, Hybrid, or based in NH / MA ??
