Customer Service Rep, Hendrick Medical Supply-Abilene

JOB SUMMARY

Serves as a liaison for Hendrick Medical Supply, new and existing patients, and all referral sources by providing / researching insurance coverage and payment information, also receives and coordinates all referrals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

High School or equivalent

Minimum Work Experience

Required Licenses / Certifications

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Compose letters / memoranda.

Input data into computer programs.

Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Strong computer skills.

Strong customer service skills.

Research Information.

Bilingual

On call schedule may be required.
