Seasonal Clerk
Under the supervision of a Legal Support Supervisor or Business Service Officer Supervisor, the Seasonal Clerk(s) will be responsible for performing a variety of duties that support the legal casework of attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries, and the business service functions necessary to ensure the smooth running of the legal office. Specifically, the Seasonal Clerk(s) will assist with preparing legal documents by scanning, copying, labeling, tabbing, and assembling exhibits, transcripts, and other large, complex, multi-part documents, filing and organizing documents, and processing travel claims. The Seasonal Clerk(s) will also assist with a variety of business service functions including reception, coordinating building maintenance requests, and assisting with meetings and conferences.
This position does not offer tele-work and requires the Seasonal Clerk to be in-office.
