Executive Administrative Assistant
This position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity providing administrative leadership to the Corporate Development Organization (CDO) in Atlanta, GA. Candidate must be able to perform and independently coordinate a variety of diverse activities in a professional, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
This position is based at our Atlanta North (Perimeter Mall area) Office with a hybrid schedule of working from home Monday and Friday if desired.
Key Functions :
Manage complex calendaring for various leaders located in Atlanta, including scheduling day-to-day meetings, booking travel and event planning
Compose and submit monthly expense report for approval for business purchases
Manage electronic and physical documents associated with a variety of transactions, including arranging for notaries, obtaining signatures, mailing and uploading and filing of electronic documents
Manage day-to-day operations and tasks for the CDO team and broader office, such as processing invoices, ordering supplies and equipment, and preparing materials for meetings
Coordination with property management related to fire drills, general office safety and maintenance needs
Check requests, paying invoices, and Concur expense reporting using SAP system
Assist hiring managers with their recruiting efforts including interview scheduling and onboarding new hires
Partner with other administrative team members and provide back-up support as needed
Oversee logistics and planning for on-site and off-site team meetings and events, including preparing materials, arranging reservations, schedules, and catering
Support CDO and Atlanta Office safety initiatives and reporting
Minimum High School diploma; BS / BA highly preferred
Three years of current experience providing executive level administrative support
Demonstrates and projects professionalism with a high degree of diplomacy, tact and judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organization skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Motivated self-starter with high performance standards, excellent attention to detail, and initiative to take action
Ability to multi-task, anticipate needs, shift priorities and balance competing priorities
Enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively with others and building effective working relationships
Highly proficient with technology including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Familiarity with DocuSign, Adobe and other document management tools
Basic user knowledge of SAP is a plus
What We Offer :
Compensation : This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $68,371-$102,556 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement : Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation : We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
