Solventum is seeking Automation Technician candidates to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN! Starting pay is $35.40 / hour plus a shift differential. The shift is 3rd shift (Sun Thurs; 10 : 00pm 6 : 30am).

The impact you'll make in this role includes :

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying facilities and production equipment.
• Applying fundamental technical skills to develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and techniques for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant.
• Analyzing data / performance of existing equipment to determine proper maintenance plans, design changes, and improvements.
• Maintaining equipment parts inventory.
• Working with supervisor to identify improvement opportunities.
• Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.
