Position Overview
Valitana is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven U.S. Sales Vice President to lead revenue growth initiatives across our structured finance and fintech solutions. The individual in this role will be responsible for driving new business development, expanding client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives that align with Valitana’s growth objectives. This role requires a proven track record of selling complex financial technology solutions, deep knowledge of structured finance products, and the ability to engage with C-level executives across the institutional investor landscape.

What We Offer
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000. Valitana offers a competitive compensation package which includes base salary and commission plan. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, healthcare with medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, and PTO.
Employees in this role will work in the office Mondays through Wednesdays with the flexibility to work remotely Thursdays and Fridays.
