Job descriptionService and manage a book of commercial accounts Prepare and process client documents (certificates, ID cards, endorsements, renewals) Support clients with audits, claims, and bonding / coverage needs Collaborate with producers and carriers to market and bind coverage 2+ years of commercial insurance experience (agency or carrier preferred) Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Familiarity with construction or propane industry is a plus — not required Missouri P&C license preferred (we'll help you obtain it if needed) Medical, life, and 401(k) with company contributions Optional dental, vision, disability, and more Full-time
