Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.

Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely estimates.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market pricing, industry trends, and local regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have :

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction.
• Commercial and Public work
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with vendors and stakeholders
• Someone who can bid projects from start to finish
