Lamination Laborer

Lamination Laborer Job Duties : To feed, inspect and package material to VEKA West's standards. PRIMARY DUTIES : Assist in setting up the lamination line for production

Feed line while running.

Inspect material for quality during production run

Prepare primer pads.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Properly box and pack finished product with correct count and order number

Prepare samples for QA testing

Insert woolpile

Modification of profile off-line (ie. Cut nail fin, pocket removal)

Pull base product for painting per production schedule

Properly pre-treat correct locations and quantities

Assist in machine set-up

Assist in machine clean out / tooling cleanup

Consolidate product for batch baking

Apply protective film, when required

Stack processed material for oven curing SECONDARY DUTIES : Operates forklift if licensed and needed or required

Other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES : Judgement, Oral Communication, Working Under Pressure, and Flexibility
