Salary : $180,000 - $220,000 per year

We’re hiring a senior operations leader to launch and run a newly built 100,000-sq-ft manufacturing site. This role carries full responsibility for getting the plant online, establishing the operating model, and driving high performance across production, quality, materials, and continuous improvement. We're looking for someone who excels in dynamic, mixed-volume environments and has repeatedly built strong teams, systems, and processes during periods of rapid growth.
