Shifts Available : 7a-3p Monday-Saturday

Job Summary :

Join the Emerald Care Center Midwest team as a Restorative Aide Certified and play a vital role in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will assist patients in achieving their maximum potential, promoting independence, and improving overall well-being. Our state-of-the-art facilities and compassionate staff create a supportive environment where patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities :

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Provide support with range-of-motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Collaborate with rehabilitation therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Assist with maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Requirements :

Certification as a Restorative Aide (CRA) and Certified Nurse Aide required per Oklahoma State.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
