Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Surgical Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Now Hiring : Surgical Technologist Multiple service line : plastic, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, gynecology, etc. Full-Time | Competitive Pay | 3 Months Contract Securing a Permanent Placement after the Contract ends Location : Houston, TX 77025 Scheduled : 5 days per week, 40 Hours in week Shift : 06 : 30 – 15 : 00, 8 Hours in Day, M-F, No on calls. No Holidays Weekly compensation Range : $2000.00 - 2156.00 on W2 Responsibilities : Works in collaboration with the Registered Nurses to provide care of the surgical patient in the OR suite. Prepare the instruments for each surgical procedure. Scrubs in on surgical cases to prepare instruments and assists the surgeon. Assists in room turn over and are responsible for instrument decontamination. Contributes to the orientation of new surgical technicians. This position serves the following age groups : Infant, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric.
