Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and build brand loyalty.
• Educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe customers using product knowledge.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house, as required.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handle all customer interactions and potential issues, including returns, courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
