Job Summary :
The Recruitment Program Manager for Dentists is responsible for developing and managing recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified experienced and resident Specialty Dentist. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful recruitment and retention of top dental talent.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Review current Recruitment and Sourcing processes and evaluate gaps for improvement
- Support existing Doctor Recruitment team to provide leadership and guidance for the Program
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified dentists.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Build and maintain relationships with dental schools, professional organizations, and other relevant institutions.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as Resident events, conferences, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with Operations Leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified Dentists.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Provide a positive, white glove, candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in Doctor / Dentist recruitmentCreated or lead Doctor / Dentist University recruitment programs3+ years in Sourcing or Marketing to Doctors / Dentists5+ years in working with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ICIMS preferred.Willingness to travel for recruitment events and activities.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a dental practice or healthcare setting.Knowledge of current trends and challenges in dental recruitment.Bilingual or multilingual abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.
