A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHIFT LEAD

The Shift Lead plays a very crucial role in the success of our restaurant. You are a huge support for our General Manager as you assist them in ensuring that we have high-quality food, service, and sanitation.

Following our operational and administrative business processes, tools, and systems, you maximize sales and profit performance while delivering desired results.

You work hard to make sure your team works cohesively and that our restaurant runs smoothly during your shift. As you lead by example, you assist your team in creating an atmosphere that exceeds customers' expectations.

When challenging opportunities arise, you take charge and provide excellent customer service. You also assist with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing a best-in-class team! Your attention to detail, great leadership skills, and ability to build relationships with customers ensure your success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Previous restaurant management experience
• Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance
• Willing to complete all applicable Hazard Communication, food-handling, and / or safety training certifications

WORK SCHEDULE

Our restaurant is open 7 days each week and we have day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
