You’ll work closely with sales, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure that every order, shipment, and customer experience runs smoothly. Primary Responsibilities : Manage shipping workflows and warehouse operations Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse associates Verify orders for completion and accuracy; follow up with sales as needed Place product orders and track shipments to receipt Maintain and balance daily shipping and receiving schedules Coordinate delivery schedules and subcontractors as needed Pull permits for residential properties and coordinate with inspectors Collaborate with customer service to resolve order or fulfillment issues Review inventory levels and process routine stock orders Maintain accurate documentation : sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and reports Support office staff with phone coverage and administrative needs Escalate issues to management when necessary Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) What You’ll Bring : Required Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or warehouse administration Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to fast-paced environments Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar tools Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow and take ownership of the role Why You’ll Love Working Here : This company is known for its team-oriented environment, long-term employees, and commitment to excellence.
