A growing, entrepreneurial law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights team in Kansas City.

About the Role
We’re seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience in creditor rights and related areas, including replevins, suits on notes and guaranties, and foreclosure. Active Missouri and Kansas licenses are required.
You’ll handle a range of creditor-side matters from start to finish, working closely with clients and team members to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage replevin actions to recover personal property, including drafting pleadings and obtaining judgments or orders for delivery.
Prepare and prosecute suits on promissory notes and guaranties to secure judgments.
Review and advise clients on Title Reports.
Handle judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions, including drafting pleadings, coordinating publication and notice, and conducting sales.
Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and high-quality legal advice.
Manage all open matters efficiently to ensure timely resolution.
