Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and high-quality hospitality experience for clients, visitors, and employees
- Provide reception coverage and deliver exceptional client service
- Oversee conference room set-ups, ensuring all meeting spaces are properly prepared
- Manage incoming / outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries with efficiency
- Ensure office tidiness, maintain visitor offices, and stock supplies
- Assist with print, copy, scan, and mailing projects for various departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams or operate independently across Austin locations
Requirements
