Position Overview
College Achieve Public Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Nurse . This position is responsible for delivering high-quality health services to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Campus-Level Responsibilities
- Provide direct care, first aid, emergency response, and health counseling to students and staff
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy and physician orders
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure immunization compliance for all students
- Conduct regular screenings and assessments, and manage Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
- Participate in IEP / 504 and crisis intervention teams
- Educate students and staff on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention
