COMPENSATION / BENEFITS :
- Pay rates based on experience
- $16-18 / hr.

SHIFTS :
- Full-time and Part-time shifts available
- Shift times fall between 10am-8pm
- No late hours! Food operations end by 7 : 00pm
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all Merritt F&B standards
- Help restock all stations and keep them clean and organized
- Stand and / or walk for an entire shift This role is constantly in motion with always something to be doing
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- At least 1 year of professional cooking experience, preferred
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. without struggle
- Permanent US work authorization
- Willingness to undergo criminal background check
