State Licensed General Counsel

A company is looking for a Vice President & General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to ensure efficient deal-making

Design and implement legal tools and workflows to enhance contract processing and reduce friction

Provide strategic guidance on litigation matters and manage outside counsel effectively

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state

10-15+ years of legal experience, with significant in-house experience

Proven expertise in ecommerce, retail, or logistics industries

Extensive experience in commercial contracting across various agreements

Demonstrated ability to simplify legal processes and support business growth
