We focus on programmatic and data-driven digital marketing for the global entertainment industry. This position is not about selling ad space on JustWatch.com or our apps. JustWatch Media leverages over 100 million audience profiles from our streaming guide users to power large-scale advertising campaigns across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial VP of Sales in Los Angeles, CA, to establish and drive JustWatch Media's sales activities in the U.S. market, positioning us with studios, streaming services and media agencies across the country. This position is based in Los Angeles to enable frequent client meetings, with the flexibility to work partly from home. You will report directly to the President, North America.
We need a hands-on closer with a proven track record in entertainment media sales, a strong network in Hollywood and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about movies and TV shows, driven by results and has the entrepreneurial mindset to lead and grow our U.S. sales operations.
For this role, we are not seeking candidates with backgrounds primarily in business development, partnerships or marketing, nor those with sales experience from fields such as content or licensing. We are also not looking for candidates who focus mainly on strategy, sales processes or structure and prefer a hands-off approach.

$320,000 - $420,000 a year
The stated salary range of USD 320,000 - 420,000 reflects the base salary including commission and complies with the California Transparency Law. Final pay depends on qualifications and equity considerations.
