Sigma Inc., a trusted healthcare staffing agency, is currently hiring a Patient Financial Representative Senior to work onsite in San Antonio, TX with one of our leading healthcare clients. This is a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to join the hospital system permanently.

In this role, you'll support revenue cycle operations, focusing on billing, collections, cash reconciliation , and patient account resolution in a multi-facility hospital environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform account resolution and reconciliation of outstanding balances for patient accounts.
• Process medical claims using UB-04 and HCFA 1500 forms for both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Support collections, billing, and cash applications within a large healthcare network.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all revenue cycle functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and meet performance targets.
• Uphold high ethical standards while supporting CHRISTUS Health's values of Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Excellence, and Stewardship .
• Maintain service quality standards in line with departmental goals and compliance requirements.
